More money for Linux
San Francisco’s Penguin Computing, a player in the Linux cluster operating system space, said it has raised $10M in additional funding. LMS was the lead investor.
It comes at the same time Salt Lake City’s Linux Networx, a competitor, announces $40 million in a second round of VC funding. Oak Investment Partners led the round, which also included new investor Tudor Ventures.
