Being a Mac user means never getting desktop search software or toolbars from the big search players. But Yahoo recently broke ranks and promised a Mac toolbar, and Nathan Torkington says he’s played with it. His review is here. (via Search Engine Watch)
UPDATE: As noted in the comment below, the recently released Firefox version of Yahoo’s toolbar installs just fine on Macs, and appears to work. Though I suspect it’s still buggy enough that Yahoo isn’t ready to recommend it for Mac users yet.
