Much better than the real Google

Check out this Google knock-off. Apparently it is not an official Google site, but it is cooler in some ways. Wonder how long it will stay up. Here’s more info on the guy who is apparently behind it.

googletotal.jpgCalled Google Total, it gives you a simple drop down menu, which lets you select some of Google’s services without needing to do another click and get transferred to yet another page where you have to do another click.

For example, if you’re a normal user of the real Google, and you want to map something, you’d take the extra step of typing in the special maps.google.com URL, or clicking on “More”…now you don’t have to.
