Lightspeed latest VC firm to raise cash — w/ plans to invest abroad

Lightspeed Venture Partners, the venture firm in Menlo Park that has had some partnership changes lately, said it has finished raising $475 million to invest in new companies. So what is different from its previous fund? Well, it plans to invest directly into companies in China and Israel. So it is a sign of the times. Everyone is investing abroad.
