Like Google, Kosmix crawls the Web and runs searches over that static Web data. Kayak, on the other hand, is a dynamic search engine that looks for fares only on sites with which it partners. Every person on their list is highly influential. How can anyone say that Steve Ballmer, Johnathan Schwartz or Linus Torvalds don't matter. Last time I checked they managed the 3 most widely used operating systems on earth. Titles of "Top 10 Fallen Stars" or "CEOs on the Hot Seat" would have been much more appropriate.
