Google jet's dirty laundry — straight from court documents

The confidential file submitted by attorneys representing the private Google jet company has been released, after a judge nixed an attempt by the Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin to file it under seal.

Mercury News reporter Elise Ackerman got a copy of it, and wrote a story for today’s paper. As you will see, even the size of the toilets are argued about.
