VoIP software co., Sylantro, raises $14M more
Internet telephone software company Sylantro has raised $14 million in a fifth round of capital, Sylantro board member and BCE Capital Managing Director David McCarthy told VentureWire (sub required).
The company’s post-money valuation was a noticeable up round compared to its $19 million Series D round in 2003, McCarthy said…An undisclosed new investor entered the round, but did not lead, McCarthy said. Previous Sylantro backers Vanguard Ventures, Mayfield Fund, Argo Global Capital, BCE Capital and Accel Partners also contributed to the fundraising, McCarthy said.
