To Whom It May Concern:
I am currently a student at Bishop’s University and am working on an extensive entrepreneurial project named ‘Real Movement’. The concept of this venture will be to help individuals become healthy while having fun playing games. Real Movement will consist of a game console and will require the participant to wear an outfit with body sensors incorporated into the clothing. The player must physically do the movements themself in order for the character in the video game to complete the necessary tasks. This will enhance the video game experience in itself and will allow the player to become more active and involved in the game.

As you are probably aware, there is an increasing issue with childhood obesity and although the problem is more severe in the United States it is quickly becoming serious in Canada too. Most children spend their time on recreational activities that do not induce the proper cardiovascular exercise that is required to be healthy. I sincerely believe that our product will be the answer that will attempt to combat these health issues and overcome this state of inactivity in children.

I am interested in communicating with your company in the design of such a project; specifically, to collaborate with your team of engineers to determine how to proceed with specifications of Real Movement in order to make it game ready and ensure that it gives the proper levels of physical activity. I appreciate your time and attention to this venture and hope to hear back from you.

Sincerely,
Rosalyn Drake
