Clear Channel Communications to go private?
According to MarketWatch:
Clear Channel Communications Inc. after Wednesday’s closing bell said its board is “evaluating strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value.” The board has retained Goldman, Sachs & Co. as its financial advisor. The San Antonio-based media company, with a market capitalization of more than $16 billion, said it does not intend to comment further publicly unless a specific transaction is approved.
