Electronic health record co., iMedica, raises $6.8M
Electronic health record company iMedica has raised $6.8 million in a third round of funding, according to a filing with the SEC.
The company has offies in both Texas and Santa Clara, Calif.
Leavitt Covington Ventures and CDIB Venture Management were the investors listed by the filing. The company could raise a total of $9 million, the filing said. The company previously raised about $35 million from a slew of investors.
