Memory chip designer GSI files for $57.5M IPO
The Santa Clara memory designer of chips, GSI Technology, which provides SRAM chips for networking and telecommunications equipment, has filed to raise $57.5 million in an IPO.
The company reported net income of $4.5 million for the six months ending Sept. 30, up from $2.2 millon in the comparable period last year.
