Oculus, which treats wound infections, prices IPO at $8, at low end
Petaluma, Calif.’s Oculus Innovative Sciences, which makes wound care and infection prevention products, priced its initial public offering of 3 million shares at $8 per share, the low end of its planned range of $8 to $10.
The company will be traded under the ticker “OCLS” on the Nasdaq.
