		<description>hi, ive just started taking mechanics classes and i read from another article that robot cars are going to have 360 degree wheels for better parking but i was also wondering that if your experimenting with a car being able to drive alone with no passenger control, will that help congested highways no one will speed anymore the car will set itself a maximum mileage to the street or high way given.</description>
