Presumably, they gave up something around 20% of the company for this amount. How can an "avatar maker" generate revenues that can justify a $30 million valuation? For Columbia and Benchmark to be interested, they have to think they could at least triple their money... which means they're betting someone will eventually look at this and think "yeah, that's worth just under $100 million." This old man doesn't understand all these new fangled economics. The demo is kind of cool, though. I'll give them that. :) This company raised $6 million?
