Seems like no response, I visited your site, and read your letter on open spectrum.  I do not get it, I did not see any technical justification on why you need this spectrum, what does it mean for you etc..  All saw is bunch peoples name, who want to play these big boys!</description>

I thought the ISM band was the open spectrum, Why are no innovations being rolled out from the that spectrum in cellular tech world? How about cognitive radio?  I want to hear what you bring to table using 700MHZ spectrum vs. existing ISM band (868MHZ ~ 928MHZ)  etc..
