More horrific is the fact that the American managers seem to scold and belittle the agents frequently (I was supposed to be on "mute") and for this reason alone, I urge everyone to not stand for this disgusting treatment and for comparable prices, hire locally or at least a company with a good reputation for treating their employees well. Ask Sunday treats their employees and customers horribly!
