		<description>Microsoft being heavy handed is hardly that surprsing. It has been there MO for almost two decades now. Windows exists in its near total monopoly becasue of these strategies. They leverage  money and lawyers spawned in the pits of eternity to bring all before them to heel. Ok that was a little melodramatic, but you get my point.
