But I don&#039;t think PARC is &#039;late&#039; in the other sense (as in &#039;there is no more opportunities in the incubator space&#039;.)  There will always be new companies that gets started, and there will always be ideas that are worth looking at.  If anything that silicon valley has proved, is that there will always be new opportunities for innovation, even in areas that are considered &#039;old&#039; or past its prime.</description>
