Hmmm... Not sure why people insist on this point.  Russia never had the same balance of control, freedom and prosperity as it has now.  It is certainly more democratic then China, recent favorite among VCs.  The intellectual and technical potential of Russia is enormous and the country has a long history of creativity and innovation.  I only hope more VCs will follow the example of DFJ.</description>
