I’m not seeing any mention of messaging functionality on http://www.friendster.com/developer

I.e., it doesn’t look like apps can send invitations, notifications, or emails to Friendster users… So, it seems like this is “half” a platform. Thoughts? Any hints/rumors of forthcoming API methods from Friendster in this vein?
