Yahoo, as a whole, is sinking because, in its haste to tap rich media, it has slowed access to, and downloading of, its Websites and e-mail, and users have been flocking to Google in droves. Now, whethr or not AOL succeeds will depend on its policies...it has lost customers over the years because you couldn't uninstall AOL if you purchased a computer with AOL preinstalled on your hard drive.
