FXLabs Studios acquires casual game portal Knibble.com
December 17, 2007 | Chris Morrison
FXLabs Studios, a Hyberabad, India-based video game developer, paid $3 million to acquire Interactive Media Technology, a company in Los Gatos, Calif. that owns casual gaming portal Knibble.com.
Measuring by the number of games it has, over 10,000, Knibble calls itself the “largest casual game site.” However, in terms of traffic, the site doesn’t appear to be very large. Although most of its games are web-based, it also offers games for the iPhone and Nintendo Wii.
Knibble.com has now been merged into the FXLabs site.
