We provide out of the box software to map OWL ontologies to corporate data sources: Oracle, Excel, Web Services etc... We do that via a federated paradigm - we leave the data in situ, enabling end users to query the underlying data in real time via their own applications (via our SPARQL Endpoint), or through a provided Graph GUI - and support various security needs of course...
