The other issue I&#039;m having with this is that Micro$oft hasn&#039;t changed much in their stand.  They are basically saying &quot;if you&#039;re a coder with only 2 cents in your pocket, it won&#039;t be worth pursuing any patent infringement and hence you&#039;re free to do as you please. But if on the other hand you have a few bucks that could pay for Bill&#039;s next trip to the barber, your ass is ours!&quot;
