		<description>I dont know who your tipster was, but I was close enough to this deal from the jangl side to know those facts are all wrong. there was never a 20 million deal, everybody talking to jangl knew how long they had and tried to speed through negotations, etc. sad for jangl but it wasnt whitepages or any other acquirers that caused them to pack it in.</description>
