Late-stage investor Kennet Partners closes third fund

Kennet Partners, a venture firm that invests in later-stage technology startups, has closed a third fund of $315 million.

The firm, which is based in London and Silicon Valley, invests in both American and European companies from a single portfolio. Past investments include Paragon Software (acquired by OpenWave) and Altitun (acquired by ADC for around $1 billion).

Kennet has already announced two investments with this third fund: European company Telemedicine Clinic, and remote support company NTRglobal, which announced a $34 million round in June.
