		<description>I think you need to review your definition of monopoly. There cannot be a monopoly in a luxury good, people simply don&#039;t need it. While sirius is not necessarily &quot;luxury&quot; it certainly is an extra that many (282 million in the US) can and will live without. Even without regulation, let&#039;s say after the merger these two hike the price to $50 a month. Nobody has to pay that and they will go out of business. It&#039;s ridiculous to report this merger as a government sanctioned monopoly and I&#039;m personally shocked that it took 18 months to approve.</description>
