		<description>It&#039;s heartening to see a Singapore-based company secure fresh funding, even if it&#039;s from a strategic investor. The local (Singapore) venture scene has been largely dominated by financiers and not true VCs. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I hope to see more developments with the recent release of S$60 million by NRF to seed 6 early-stage venture funds.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There is hope indeed for Singapore ICT startups!</description>
