• Just like the people say that customers is the king. :D
  • I really like a free service that PartnerUp is provide. Just do the best thing for the customer.
  • I just signed up at PartnerUp and found it pretty useless. I am seeking part-time sw developers for my startup, yet when I sign up it assumes I am the person seeking opportunities, not looking for people. I got past that by faking it, then tried to find some sw developers. Incredibly, sw development (engineering - software) is NOT a category to search on! Only "engineering - other". Well, I tried that and found a few people that might be interesting, but when I went to look at their profiles, I was locked out because I wasn't a member -- which costs $25/month. Then I tried to email PartnerUp support to find out if I was just clueless and couldn't figure out how to use the site, or if it really was true that in order to do anything at all interesting you have to pay $25/month. Incredibly, I couldn't find any way to contact PartnerUp. No support page, no email address, nothing.
  • I think Partner Up could do better with a Live Chat Support system on their website. Alternatively, the other viable option would be to have a world wide toll free line as they're kind of offering the service worldwide.

If you take a look at the PartnerUp website, you will realize that there are too many email addresses. Maybe they should narrow it down to provide better and faster support.
