LINKEDIN HAS NOT WORKED FOR THREE MONTHS THIS IS THE CURRENT PROBLEM WITH THE SOFTWARE AND YOU CAN NOT USE THEIR INMAIL TO EMAIL DEEP OR MR HOFFMAN OR ANYONE. THIS LAY OFF WAS THE WORST THING THEY COULD HAVE DONE THEY ARE NOT KEEPING UP WITH THE SOFTWARE SCALING REQUIREMENTS SO THE SOFTWARE IS OVERWHELMED WITH ALL THE NEW PEOPLE AND NEW REQUESTS FOR FUNCTIONALITY NONE OF THE COMMUNICATIONS FUNCTIONALITY IS WORKING

Welcome back,

I am sorry but the previous CEO told me in December after writing him about another serious problem with the software that you were aware of the issue and that you would be coming back and if there were technical problems again to bring it to your attention because of your strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Well, another critical problem with the software is not getting fixed. On March 13th I sent an email to the Customer Service Team (below is a copy). The technical problem is NO ONE CAN ACCEPT THEIR INVITATIONS the application is not working. Please read below and forward this to the appropriate IT manger (that is what the previous CEO did) I am sure you must be getting other upset customers writing as well. Thank you

Hello Team,

I know your all feeling a little overwhelmed, I have seen the spike in activity on LinkedIn in past three weeks. You must have your hands full.
I hate to have to tell you but it appears there is a problem with the invitations. I tried to accept 10 new invitations five times it put me through the process only to bring me back to the invitation page as if I had never been there.
1. I clicked on the 10 new invites,
2. I clicked on accept
3. I clicked on YES accept
4. I clicked on Log In (even though I was Log-in
5. It would not go past that I clicked on Log-in a few more times and it simply took me back to the invitation page with the new invites without any checks on them and requiring me to go through the above steps AGAIN.
After doing this 5 times I concluded that the software is spinning (overloaded so it can't perform this function at the moment) I will try very late tonight hoping that people are not on the site less bandwidth less activity more opportunity for the software to work.
If not, I will email you again and at that point you will have to escalate it to IT for a patch.

Thank you so much keeps up the good work
Maureen McMeekin
