Flash Lite on a WinMO phone will be interesting for content and ads but then again building out the necessary connections of products to enable this ecosystem and generate user interest will be just as telling.

As a side note, the Xbox Live platform has really come into it's own for UX/UI design, now if they can transfer that clean environment to a synced up mesh with the needed processing/streaming ability on a mobile device for content/browser delivery of cloud based apps.
