99 cent price point and non-specific carrier availability is a draw but the biggest attraction for me would be the 80% payout. Seems like a smart move by Mogees to slip into the market especially with RIM opening the doors to App World tomorrow.

Cool. Didn't want to use App World for my starter apps because they upped minimums to $2.99. Will def look into BerryStore!

A 20% cut seems a lot more reasonable. I hope this becomes the new standard.

An interesting idea that seems great for developers such as myself, especially considering BerryStore offers such a high cut rate. I'll keep tabs on this.
