I guess the issue is then to know the percentage of people with good experiences vs the percentage of people with bad ones. Sometimes PR lie… like the chill-out photo showed above, a zone that only very few people can enjoy.

Hi, I am working at Globant for almost three years. And yes, as all companies you may have bad experiences, but my experience was and continues being more that successful. Leon, I can understand your frustration, but please don't generalize your experience as a global fact. I'm actually working with mexicans in Globant and they are very happy. I´ve also worked with great project managers and I´ve learnt a lot from the people in the team. I completely agree with you that having Gonzalo onboard will help to keep improving the company for the employees.

Well I was working with Globant last year, and it was like hell dealing with this Argentinian guys, unfortunately they changed all what promised when hired me, car rental, house payment support, medical assistance, and of course salary, cheated us, and discovered a lot of irregularities with client's payment. Dealing with all PMs was a pain in the ass, since they always had this arrogant attitude. A lot of mexican engineers here in the Silicon Valley faced the same problem with them. Hope Gonzalo fixes all this problems and get an honest treatment for all mexicans engineers.

This is quite interesting. I was also being recruited for a position in South America with an IT firm. (different company). During my due diligence Globant came up on the radar. They look to be well positioned in the region.
I've never met Gonzalo, but congrats..
