can YouMail allow callers to leave a message in differnt mail boxes.
example: 1st level GREETING: “for ABC business press 1; for John Doe press 2; for immediate assistance press 3.
furthermore it could be also helpful if there was a 2nd level GREETING within each one of of these 3 extensions that can be a personalized; or say, when caller presses 3 for 'immediate assistance' the call can be forwarded to another #

It operates independantly of the iPhone's voicemail, so no, you can't…

You're kinda on your own when it comes time for assistance — did you try clicking 'forgot your pin?' on the sign-in page?

Nice app, but… is there any way to forward an existing message that was left on my existing AT&T voicemail system? As far as I can tell, YouMail only allows me to forward voicemails that are left on the YouMail system. Is that correct?

GREAT app! I forgot my pin, though. I haven't been able to get a response back from the emails I've sent and trying to get through to a rep on the direct number is impossible. I just want my PIN!

While the YouMail service is very nice, heaven help you if you need technical support. I've emailed them approximately a dozen or so times with straightforward questions, and have yet to receive a response back from them. Just last week, I upgraded my free account to Pro (no ads, enhanced configuration options, etc) as it promised 'priority access to technical support'. Then I sent an email with a question, and haven't yet heard back.

Again, great service, absolutely terrible, non-existent technical support.
