Constructive Media raises funds for business-based social networking
Constructive Media, provider of social networking tools to help company leaders partnerships and communicate with their partners, has brought in an undisclosed amount in a first round of financing from Yaletown Venture Partners.
While the Morgan Hill, Calif., company says it has been profitable for the last 13 years since its founding, the new money will be used to support a growth spurt. The company hopes to bring in new customers and implement new strategies, it says.
Right now, Constructive offers the Partnerpedia Open Community, a free online social network where managers can scout out potential partnerships and manage their relationships with their current partners.
