SaaSure lands $750K to power cloud area networks

SaaSure, a stealthy cloud environment provider with its first product launching this fall, has raised $750,000 of a targeted $1 million round of debt financing, according to regulatory filings. For now, the San Francisco-based software company, founded just this year, is only taking sign ups for its beta program — and it has a pretty slick web site. It hasn’t disclosed any investors in the round.

Not much more information is available on the services SaaSure will actually be offering, but its management team has impressive experience in the space. Both of its founders, Frederic Kerrest and Todd McKinnon, worked previously at Salesforce.com, Sun Microsystems and Peoplesoft.
