H1N1 “Swine Flu” confirmed from PAX

The news is spreading through Twitter faster than the little H1N1 virus could amongst its vast array of potential hosts bundled together in a mostly video game-inspired shindig. There has been a confirmed case of “Swine Flu” from PAX (Penny Arcade Expo). That has to be inspirational to the bug. Social memes always were more effective at spreading than the biological sort, or so I assume. I have knack for talking out of my ass. You should see it sometime.

Anyway, here’s the tweet from Mike Krahulik, Gabriel himself, “Just heard of our first test-confirmed swine flu case at the show. PLEASE if you feel symptoms (fever, etc) go to the doctor. #pax”

I still wish I went. I’ll suffer through ten swine flu outbreaks if that’s what it takes to attend PAX.
