Box.net buys Increo to incorporate collaborative document tools
Box.net, a provider of online filing systems, has bought Increo Solutions, a company that offers tools for teams to collaborate on documents and other media all online, according to PE Hub. Based in Palo Alto, Calif., Box.net brought in $12.5 million from U.S. Venture Partners and Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Increo, based in Mountain View, Calif., took funding from Draper Fisher Jurvetson as well.
