Good Data raises $2.5M for business intelligence

Good Data, a startup that helps companies see customer data across different business software systems, has raised $2.5 million in new funding. New venture firm Andreessen Horowitz joined the San Francisco company’s roster of investors — though partners Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz previously participated as angel investors. The other investors are General catalyst Partners and O’Reilly AlphaTech ventures.

The San Francisco company touts the simplicity of its data presentation and says its beta test attracted more than 2,000 customers. It has now raised $7.1 million.
