Verical, an online b2b marketplace of electronic components targeted at high-tech companies, has brought in $458,984 of an expected $1 million round of securities and debt financing, according to a filing with the SEC. Based in San Francisco, the company includes a partner from Ruxton Ventureson its advisory board.
