PanTerra lands $4M for cloud SaaS products
PanTerra Networks, provider of software-as-a-service offerings for cloud computing environments, has brought in $4.02 million of an expected $6.5 million round of equity, according to a filing with the SEC. Based in Sunnyvale, Calif., the company has raised $10 million to date and is backed by D.E. Shaw & Co., among others.
