Street Fighter X Tekken: Tell us who would win, and you might win! (free games, codes)

This post has been edited by the GamesBeat staff. Opinions by GamesBeat community writers do not necessarily reflect those of the staff.

A dozen new warriors just joined the fray last week in Street Fighter X Tekken, the latest cross-series fighting game from publisher/developer Capcom. But maybe you're a little short on cash and can't afford the new downloadable character pack.

No problem, because we're about to hook up 12 lucky winners with freebies to keep the punches, kicks, and fireballs flowing for a long time to come….

We're giving away:

  • (3 winners) A physical copy of Street Fighter X Tekken for the PlayStation 3, plus a download code for the Additional Characters Pack
  • (3 winners) A physical copy of Street Fighter X Tekken for the Xbox 360, plus a download code for the Additional Characters Pack
  • (3 winners) A PS3 download code for the Additional Characters Pack
  • (3 winners) An Xbox 360 download code for the Additional Characters Pack

Want a shot at one of these prizes? Here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to the GamesBeat Facebook page and "Like" us. (You do like us, don't you?) GamesBeat, in case you weren't aware, is the future home of Bitmob.com.

  2. Post on the GamesBeat Facebook Timeline and tell us who would win in a big Street Fighter versus Tekken rumble and why. The more creative or funny, the better. At the end of your post, make sure to tell us which system you'd like your prize for (PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360).

By Monday, August 13, a GamesBeat staffer will select the 12 winners and contact them through Facebook to figure out delivery of the goods.

Note: This contest is void where prohibited, and the prizes involving physical copies of the game are only available to residents of North America. Sorry!
