Double Fine’s Massive Chalice crowdfunding campaign has mere hours left

Double Fine’s second Kickstarter project is coming to an end. Massive Chalice already reached its $725,000 goal, but the project has just over two hours to accept additional contributions from fans.

Massive Chalice is Double Fine’s turn-based strategy game with fantasy elements. Players will control the fate of a family dynasty over the course of an epic timeline. The gameplay mixes tactical battles with family and kingdom management.

Double Fine plans to release the title on Windows, Mac, and Linux. It may consider other platforms depending on how much it surpasses its goal by.

Currently, nearly 31,000 backers have provided nearly $1.2 million for the production of the game.
