Nintendo’s console menus and digital-download stores always have great music. The Wii’s homepage has a simple-but-dancey tune, and the eShop on the 3DS plays a very charming melody. Now, the company is using its music to show its excitement for the holidays.
Earlier this week, Nintendo updated the Wii U eShop with new background music. The track features sleigh bells and a distinct holiday sound. This is the first time the publisher has changed the music for its shop to recognize an event or season.
