This morning, President Barack Obama is scheduled to deliver a speech on changes to the National Security Agency’s surveillance practices.

It’s 11:13 AM eastern, 13 minutes after the official start time, and Obama has yet to arrive at the podium — but when he does, you can watch the speech below. He is expected to curtail the controversial NSA program that collects a massive amount of telephone call data on Americans and foreigners.
