A number of Xbox One owners are having issues signing into Xbox Live.

Microsoft confirmed that Xbox Live is experiencing connectivity issues on its new console. Players are encountering errors as they attempt to sign into the online service to play games like Titanfall. Microsoft is aware of the issue, and the company notes that it is working on a fix.

“It’s come to our attention that some of you are having trouble signing in to Xbox Live, and we’d like you to know that we’re diligently working to get everything back to normal,” reads the Xbox Live status website. “We appreciate your patience during this process and invite you to check back in half an hour for an update on our progress.”

Today’s outage is preventing players from accessing big releases like Titanfall, which requires an online connection to function.

This is the second Xbox Live service disruption in two weeks. We’ve reached out to Microsoft to ask what is causing the issue, and we’ll update this post with any new information.
