Tom Shields

Tom is a managing director at the Woodside Fund, a venture capital firm.

Tom co-founded NetGravity, which became the leading provider of application software for Internet advertising. NetGravity went public in 1998, and was then acquired by rival DoubleClick.

He received a BA in Computer Science with honors from Harvard College. Tom performs with a cappella groups around the San Francisco Bay Area, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, sailing, and diving.
