Craigslist cannot protect its listing under copyright law in its case against apartment listings site PadMapper, but the app may still be in hot water with the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

Craigslist is creating its own version of PadMapper, the apartment-rental website that overlays apartment listing over a Google Maps. The feature was caught by TPM who says it is currently being tested in San Francisco and Portland areas.
Craigslist took out the "exclusive license" clause in its terms of use today, which would have prevented users from listing their items on any other services.
