The company delivers “luxurious” bouquets for consumers and commercial customers. Each arrangement is delivered on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. H. Bloom currently serves parts of New York, California, Washington DC, Virginia, New Jersey, Illinois, and Maryland.
