Why Developers Aren’t Interested In The Wii U

I haven’t written a blog for 3 days, which I know is a while, but it was the weekend and I was very busy and Monday I felt like crap.  Anyway, I was reading an article on IGN about how Call Of Duty: Ghosts is not yet confirmed for the Wii U and it got me thinking. I wanted to write an article on this a while ago but I never got round to it. So here it is: why developers aren’t interested in, well, developing for Nintnedo’s newest console.

Anticipating Batman: Arkham Origins

I haven’t written any articles on the upcoming sequel to the two previous Batman Arkham games, however as I am going to replay both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City very shortly, and given that they are two of my favourite games ever made, I thought I should at least do an article acknowledging the existence of the prequel game Arkham Origins.

The Benefits Of Microsoft Points

There were loads of rumours and suggestions that indicated Microsoft were going to abandon Microsoft Points and simply go straight to cash instead. While it still hasn’t happened it is likely that MS Points will not feature in the next generation after all the hate they have gotten over the past 8 years.

Review – Bioshock Infinite (Xbox 360/PS3)T

You play as Booker Dewitt, a guy who owes some serious debt to some very, very unsavoury people. To pay back this debt he must enter the floating city in the sky called Columbia. The introduction is typical Bioshock, throwing you right in deep with the mysteries and giving you few explanations. If you watched all the trailers and kept up to date on it until its release, then you’ll generally know what the story is here.

Why the Wii U Fails

Hands up who thinks the Wii U's ever growing and promising list of games is looking very nice indeed! I think I would be able to count a fair few hands sticking in the air, which Nintendo would be grateful for. However a promising launch line up is only part of what makes a consoles first few weeks on shelves a success or not.
